My Personal Teaching Philosophy

I believe that when someone is teaching they are getting a chance to better know themselves. They should acknowledge their strengths and build upon their weaknesses to flourish in the teaching profession. I feel that great teachers learn everyday.

JFK was the 35th President of the United States. He served from 1961 until his assassination in 1963. He has been viewed by many to be one of America's great Presidents. Notable events that occured during his presidency were the Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the building of the Berlin Wall, the Space Race, the Civil Rights Movement, and the early stages of the Vietnam War. Abraham Lincoln was America's 16th President. He is regarded at one of our finest Presidents. He helped unite a country after the disastrous presidency of James Buchanan. Lincoln helped introduce the Emancipation Proclamation which helped free the slaves. The Union was successful under the leadership of Lincoln in defeating the Confederate states. Lincoln was assassinated in 1865.
